50% advance payment is required for all custom or special orders.
For regular orders, full payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan on most orders.
Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on location and availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Customers must provide unboxing video or photo proof for claims.
